For my birthday I got the only season of M*A*S*H that I didn't have. I haven't watched M*A*S*H episodes in a couple months, and I remember now why it's my favorite show.
When I was growing up, this show was syndicated on Fox and my family watched it every night. I loved it. You should go as Corporal Klinger for Halloween.

when I was in high school, there was a time when, between Fox and FX, it was possible to watch MASH more than 6 hours a day.
It's also the reason I wore my father's Vietnam era army field jacket for so many years.
don't forget the chris rock joke on oj simpson getting acquitted: "i haven't seen white people that upset since they cancelled M*A*S*H."
