Tinfoil Barb
I photographed at the National Aquarium here in DC the other day, for my professional practices class. The signs in the aquarium were lacking, there often were no signs listing what fish were in a given tank.
These fish were labeled however, they're Tinfoil Barb.

i've heard some not so nice comments about that aquarium. doesn't surprise me that it doesn't have signs - this is dc and one should expect things not to be as they should.
